Travel Physical Therapist

Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78411 Contract: Three Month contract (possibility of an extension) Pay: $56 to $59/hr + Mileage Reimbursement Coverage Areas: Corpus Christi, Portland, Taft, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Sinton, Odem, Beeville, Mathis, and Robstown Responsibilities Perform Start of Care visits, evaluations, and discharges in a Home Health setting Complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely Provide quality patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Travel between patient homes throughout assigned coverage areas Qualifications Active PT License required Recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience required OASIS proficiency required HCHB experience preferred Dependable and patient-focused clinicians encouraged to apply Additional Details Mileage reimbursed between patient visits Weekend rotation preferred: 1 weekend every 6 weeks Scrubs: Any color Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Life Insurance Short-term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter Benefits 401(k) Plan Paid leave including Paid Sick Leave and Holiday pay where applicable Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
