Assistant Manager

Pizza Hut

At Pizza Hut, our Assistant Managers play a crucial role in leading teams, ensuring smooth operations, and creating an environment where both employees and customers thrive. If you have leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow, this role is for you. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, receive hands-on training, and help shape the success of your restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and food standards.
• Support and motivate team members to create a positive work environment.
• Train and develop employees to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
• Step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transit, as some bank deposits may be required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and advance into higher leadership roles.
