Director of Quality & Compliance Pediatric Mental Health

Katie Blessing Center is seeking a Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement to drive the operational launch and regulatory readiness of our new hospital in Charlotte, NC. You will architect QAPI, privacy safeguards, risk management, and patient-safety programs while building a culture of continuous survey readiness. You will report to executive leadership and partner with CMS, Joint Commission, and NC DHSR to ensure licensure, accreditation, and ongoing compliance throughout pre-opening #J-18808-Ljbffr
