Built on a foundation of trusted partnerships, Scientific Games combines relentless innovation, legendary performance, and unwavering security to responsibly propel the global lottery industry ever forward.Position SummaryJob DescriptionProcess and reconcile multiple bi-weekly payrolls in a timely manner; coordinating additional payrolls as needed.Maintain payroll records for wage garnishments, 401k and other benefit deductions.Process and payment of non-standard wages: commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation.Create reports using ADP Workforce Now Reporting Tools and MS Excel.Support Equity compensation vesting and exercise processing.Support audit process for both internal and external auditors.High level of integrity and maturity essential due to sensitive nature of the information.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing function.Follow-up on tax filing or payroll problems.Reconcile bi-weekly taxes and benefit amounts to ensure seamless receiptsReconcile quarterly and annual tax reporting as well as year-end W-2s.Assist employees with payroll inquiries.Timekeeping system maintenance.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducationHigh School diploma and 3+ years experience requiredYears of Related Experience3+ years of processing payroll in the United States and Canada3+ years of processing high volume payroll (1000+ employees)Experience processing payroll within ADP WFNPast experience has demonstrated a high level of integrity and maturityKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Detail oriented, organized and able to communicate across functional departments.Strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude and high integrity.Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and internet based applications.Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.Team playerPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
