Salary: Up to $80,000 + Full Benefits

We're seeking a passionate Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who understands that luxury hospitality is built through attention to detail, genuine connection, and flawless execution. You'll oversee front-of-house operations, develop a high-performing service team, and ensure every detail of the guest journey reflects the standards of a world-class steakhouse.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional service and operational excellence
• Own the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring consistency across every shift
• Coach, mentor, and develop a professional dining room team
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to deliver seamless service execution
• Maintain elevated standards for hospitality, service steps, and guest engagement
• Support scheduling, training, and team development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining, upscale dining, or luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and elevated service standards
• A confident, composed leader with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop teams and create a culture of excellence
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
