Accounting Assistant

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their client's team in Fresno. This role requires someone who is meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong background in bank reconciliation. The Accounting Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department. Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Support the accounting department with various administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
Requirements: Previous experience in an accounting role with a focus on bank reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
