Salary: $41,600 - $47,840 DOE


A leading truck parts distributor and commercial vehicle dealership serving the Central Valley is growing its accounting team. Supporting fleet operators, transportation companies, and owner-operators, the company has built a reputation for dependable service and strong customer relationships. This position plays an important role in maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely account support.
The Opportunity
Business growth and an expanding customer base have created the need for an additional Accounts Receivable professional. This role will take ownership of collections, payment application, and customer account maintenance while partnering closely with accounting, sales, and operations teams. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You'll Do
• Manage customer accounts and monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections


• Process cash receipts, ACH payments, credit card transactions, and account adjustments


• Review outstanding balances and proactively follow up on past-due invoices


• Coordinate with sales and service departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns


• Maintain accurate account records while supporting month-end closing activities and reporting
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP software


• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities


• Experience within distribution, dealership, transportation, trucking, or manufacturing environments preferred
