Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care that meets departmental requirements and state standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using the "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" nursing model. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and document care thoroughly and timely. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology into understandable language. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or RN Diploma.
