QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate, post-high school training desirable
- Prior evidence of good attendance
- Ability to demonstrate support program and policies
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to assist with academic instructions
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Pleasant phone personality and ability to deal with public
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office
- equipment and machines
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and online
- programs necessary to complete required tasks
- Ability to work with students, parents, and staff under frequently pressured conditions
- Proficient in setting work priorities and accomplishing them
- Prior successful secretarial experience
