Job Responsibilities Deliver a quality roof using standardized work Solve problems as they occur Keep work area in 5S standard Safely perform standardized work Continuously improve the process Be at the job every scheduled day Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible Requirements 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must Ability to communicate verbally and written Valid Driver's License is a must Centerpoint knowledge is a plus Benefits Compensation Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positions A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills).
