Building Service Coordinator

Location: 155 Crystal Run Rd, Middletown, NY 10941 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay $16.00

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our Materials Management team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and storage of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical gases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accept deliveries from supply vendors and parcel delivery services as they arrive
Record all incoming deliveries on the daily log
Inspect packages upon receipt and cross-reference contents against packing slips to verify accuracy
Properly store medical supplies, drugs, vaccines, and medical gases in their designated storage locations
Assist with ongoing monitoring of medical supplies inventory levels

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow established procedures for receiving, inspecting, and storing sensitive materials
Comfortable working in a warehouse/materials management environment
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
No professional certification required
