CV Resources has partnered with a well-established Construction company in North Denver to find an AR Specialist to add to their growing team! This position was created due to company growth and reports directly to the Controller. The company is also implementing new technology and paperless process improvements to support continued expansion and operational efficiency. The team is seeking someone with a flexible, adaptable mindset who can thrive in an environment where processes and projects often require creative problem-solving rather than a strict “this is how it’s always done” approach. They are open to either: An experienced, adaptable accounting professional who is comfortable handling a variety of situations Or an early‑career professional with some accounting experience who is eager to learn and grow Key Responsibilities Set up new jobs in the ERP system Prepare and distribute customer billings through email and digital billing platforms Research and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice rejections Apply customer payments and assist with collections on aged receivables Manage project lien waivers as needed Qualifications Experience with ERP/accounting systems Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities Comfortable in a collaborative office environment Experience with digital billing platforms and PDF editing software (Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred Notary license, or willingness to obtain one, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CV Resources
