Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of agency experience supporting a variety of clients, ideally including biotech, healthcare, life sciences, or highly technical products.
Previous experience in 1-2 Associate Creative Director (ACD) or equivalent leadership roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development from strategy through execution across multiple channels.
Experience building and executing integrated campaigns across:
Experiential events and trade shows
Omnichannel marketing
Social media
Digital advertising
Motion and multimedia content
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, and AI-enabled creative tools.
Experience collaborating with motion designers, 3D artists, and production teams; able to effectively communicate creative direction for motion, environmental, and experiential assets.
Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaign frameworks.
