We provide top-tier maintenance and facilities services across a growing portfolio of commercial properties, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and keep our properties running at their best.What You'll DoSupervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across multiple commercial propertiesOversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systemsRespond to and prioritize emergency maintenance requests, ensuring fast, high-quality resolutionQuote and bill out jobs accurately and quickly, keeping pace with a fast-moving workloadConduct regular property inspections and identify repair or capital improvement needsManage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is neededTrack work orders, maintain accurate records, and report on team performance and property conditionsEnsure compliance with safety standards and building codesMentor and train technicians, setting the standard for quality and responsiveness
