Senior Fund AccountantLivingston, NJ (Hybrid, three days onsite per week) Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Some of the things you will be doing:We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service. Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:Prepare and/or review financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis)Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute lettersPrepare Investor allocations and Partner Capital StatementsPrepare and/or review a WaterfallInvestor and compliance reportingDaily client interactionMatrix reporting structure for client servicesInternal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)Review processes and make recommendations on how they can become more efficientWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required (CPA preferred)3+ years of experience in private equity, partnership, or fund accountingDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading service delivery teamsStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and private fund structuresExperience with SBA-regulated funds preferredProven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teamsStrong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis toolsAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
