Confidential – Controller / Head of Finance South Bay, Los Angeles (Onsite) A high-growth, founder‑led healthcare services organization is seeking a hands‑on Controller / Head of Finance to build and lead its internal finance function. What You’ll Do Near‑Term Focus Assess and stabilize accounting operations Partner with external accounting resources to improve close and reporting Establish accurate, timely monthly financials Improve visibility into cash flow and working capital Identify gaps in processes, controls, and systems Longer‑Term Impact Build budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting Provide leadership with actionable financial insights Support operational decision‑making across departments Develop and lead a small internal accounting team Help scale the finance function alongside company growth What Makes This Role Unique First true in‑house finance leader at this scale Direct exposure to founder and executive team Opportunity to transition into a strategic business partner High‑impact role in a mission‑driven healthcare environment Significant runway to shape the function and team Who We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, multi‑entity environments strongly preferred Proven ability to build or rebuild processes and infrastructure Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change Strong communicator with a collaborative, no‑ego approach Compensation Base salary: $200K – $300K Performance‑based bonus No equity Work Environment Onsite in the South Bay (5 days/week initially) Fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture Highly collaborative leadership team #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance Resource Group
