Accounts Receivable Clerk
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a leading client in Albuquerque, NM onsite.
Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Albuquerque, NM.
What You'll Do:
- Candidate will be doing basic AR duties (as corporate handles most of our AR) along with customer service responsibilities.
- AR background preferred. The right candidate should possess attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Receptionist, Accounts Receivable Clerk with focus on reception duties
- Answer phones, greet guests, posts customer payments, review A/R history, resolving special cases, follow internal accounting controls, filing, basic email communication
- Reception
- Processing checks, SAP
- Working with sales staff to collect past payments due
- Customer care
- Work with supervisor and manager to perform other duties as assigned
What you'll have
Customer service and customer payments experience yes, AR experience, sapphire is a plus Open to someone who has 1-3 years of experience but willing to take initiative and learn
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
