Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape statistical programming strategy for clinical development programs, with a strong emphasis on standards, quality, and delivery across phase I-IV studies. The position partners closely with clinical, regulatory, and external vendor teams to ensure programming work supports timely and compliant submissions. It also requires a hands-on leader who can guide technical execution while improving efficiency and consistency across deliverables. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,000 – $172,000 annually Responsibilities Provide strategic input on statistical programming processes and maintain related SOPs Develop programming standards and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy for clinical projects Lead projects, oversee contractors, and ensure quality and timeliness of programming deliverables Program analysis datasets, statistical tables, and various regulatory submissions Review and generate CDISC specifications and supporting documentation for submissions Provide programming and validation support for clinical study reports and coordinate with external vendors Develop and review SAPs, case report forms, and validation plans Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s preferred 7+ years of experience in clinical research, particularly in SAS programming for phase I-IV trials Lead Programmer experience is essential Technical expertise in SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements Benefits Premium health offerings for employees and dependents Financial and retirement plans with employer match Generous paid time off and wellness programs Life insurance and disability coverage Employee support programs for work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
