We’re looking for a tech-savvy support pro who is fully fluent in French and English to be the go-to expert for our French-speaking customers. When something isn’t working right, you’ll turn a frustrating moment into a “wow, c’était facile!” What you’ll do Support customers in French and English by phone, email, chat, and social media. Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing so customers get back to cooking fast. Look up orders, inventory, and replacement parts, and make sure the right part goes to the right model every time. Handle warranty questions, returns, recalls, and terms of sale with care. Keep clean, detailed records of every interaction and own your follow-ups. Share what customers are telling us with our Software, Hardware, and Product Development teams. What you bring Fluent spoken and written French and English. This is a must. 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally technical support. A knack for connectivity troubleshooting. You know your way around Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and devices that won’t talk to each other. Experience in a CRM or ticketing system. Salesforce is a big plus. Working knowledge of Windows, networking basics, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office. A sharp eye for detail. Model numbers and part numbers don’t trip you up. A friendly, upbeat way with people, even when a customer is having a rough day. You can juggle a busy queue and still give every customer your full attention. You’ll start remote and move to a hybrid schedule in the office within 12 months, so you’ll need to live within commuting distance.
