By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Servicesand for the people who work here.NTT DATAServices currently seeks aBusiness Analystto join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).Responsibilities:Work with the business team and understand the requirements from businessProvide suggestion to business to make their business workflow more solution orientedCreate Workflow diagrams and business reengineering documentsCreate User Stories from BRDAnalyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties.Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes.Creates / delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training.Responds to client inquiries involving application questions.Develops customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas.Documents business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements.Oversees product performance and collaborates on future system enhancements.Analyze user reported issues / queries on user acceptance and production environments – application change requests, work requests, problem tickets and JIRA requestAbility to understand the project life cycle, user interactions, development and testing timelinesHands on to write and analyze SQL queries on MS-SQL 2014/2008Technical skills (nice to have):BMC RemedyJIRABasic Qualifications5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst3+ years experience in Data Analysis3+ years of Business Consulting/ Application Development1+ year SQLThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
