This is a full-time position, offering between 35-37.5 hours per week, with assignments crafted to match your skills and strengths—caseload and grade level will be determined to suit both district needs and your expertise. The district is also open to some hybrid flexibility, allowing for a work-life balance that fits your schedule.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
- Comfort working with PreK-8 students; caseload and grade level will be tailored
- Experience providing psychological services in school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Strong communication, report writing, and assessment skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly regarded
- Openness to onsite responsibilities; some hybrid work may be accommodated
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
In this role, you will:
- Perform assessments and evaluations to support students’ educational and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Promote positive mental health and well-being throughout the school community
