This role is ideal for candidates who value a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting. This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering predictable daytime hours and the ability to build a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior ABA experience is required—paid training is provided. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Clinic-based position (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time) Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour Responsibilities: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect and record behavioral data accurately Follow behavior intervention and safety plans Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children preferred Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus Reliable transportation required Professional, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to pass required background checks Paid training Structured full-time weekday schedule Strong BCBA supervision and clinical support Supportive, team-centered environment Opportunities for advancement (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time) #J-18808-Ljbffr Autism Center of Excellence
