Territory Sales Representative — Telecom/Wireless (1099, Commission-Only, Uncapped)
Pay: $42,000/year – Uncapped | Full-time | Southern California (Orange County + surrounding areas)
About the Role
NewNil LLC is an authorized dealer for multiple leading telecom and wireless providers, with retail locations in Westminster, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim. This is a door-to-door, relationship-driven role — you'll enroll residential and business customers in Internet, TV, Mobile, bundled plans, and government-assistance programs. Compensation details are covered during the interview.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and enroll customers door-to-door in assigned territories
- Sell Internet, TV, Mobile, and bundled packages across multiple providers
- Enroll eligible customers in government-assisted connectivity programs
- Build relationships with apartment managers, property owners, and local businesses
- Hit daily/weekly enrollment targets and submit daily field activity reports
Growth Path
Rep → Lead → Manager → Partner. Top performers get first pick of new locations and expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, comfortable with face-to-face sales and objection handling
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong English communication (Spanish or Vietnamese a big plus)
- Sales/retail/telecom/D2D experience preferred, not required
- Smartphone required; 18+, authorized to work in the U.S.
