Mail Services Coordinator

Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a growing plaintiff‑side legal services organization seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Mail Services Coordinator to support its busy office operations. This contract‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new technology and processes. Responsibilities: Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries Print, assemble, and prepare high‑volume mailings for delivery Track and log incoming packages, certified mail, and overnight shipments Scan, upload, and accurately index documents within the firm's document management and CRM systems Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Ensure documents are handled accurately, securely, and in a timely manner Assist with records management, document retrieval requests, and file maintenance Support the administrative team with additional clerical and office operations tasks as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a mailroom, records, office services, or administrative support role Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Dependable with a strong attendance record and ability to meet daily deadlines Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high‑volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software Experience with Litify, Salesforce, or other CRM/document management systems is a plus All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time Details: Contract‑to‑hire opportunity Full‑time, onsite position Competitive pay of $20-$23/hour, commensurate with experience Opportunity to join a collaborative and growing legal organization Trustpoint.One provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
