Account Manager Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $20-$25 per hour Schedule: Day Shift plus overtime as needed Job Type: Full-Time Account Manager - Must-Have Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience Strong Microsoft Excel experience is required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Professional appearance and professional demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to type at least 50 WPM Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn and use MRP/ERP software JobBOSS experience is required Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company information Account Manager - Position Summary The Account Manager supports the Sales team and serves as a primary point of communication between customers and the company's manufacturing and production teams. This position is responsible for customer communication, RFQ coordination, quote tracking, purchase order processing, sales order generation, and general sales support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers, sales, estimating, and production teams. Account Manager - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sales and Management Support Handle daily customer communications and requests Coordinate customer schedules and follow-up Support the Sales and Management teams with customer needs Maintain professional communication with customers and internal departments RFQ Management Establish and maintain a quoting schedule Distribute new RFQs to the Estimating team Coordinate communication between customers and Estimating Relay technical questions and customer clarifications Track RFQ status and follow up as needed Quote Generation and Tracking Compile estimating information into complete JobBOSS quotes Send quotes electronically to customers Track quote status in JobBOSS Follow up with customers prior to quote expiration Maintain accurate quote records and documentation Sales Order Processing Process customer purchase orders Compare purchase orders against quotesIdentify and communicate pricing, quantity, or other discrepancies Coordinate production-related requirements Generate corresponding sales orders Ensure customer and order information is accurate Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customers Respond to customer questions and requests promptly Route inquiries to the appropriate department Follow up to ensure customer needs are addressed Maintain strong professional relationships with customers Marketing Support Assist with tradeshow preparation Support customer and company events Assist with marketing initiatives and company activities Help maintain a positive and professional company image TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER #J-18808-Ljbffr
