- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
- Ability to follow procedures exactly.
- Ability to complete training, including cGMP and safety training, in a timely manner.
- Maintain and operate drug manufacturing equipment properly.
- Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients and combine them into a blend.
- Keep equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair.
- Participate in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP.
- Follow and complete documentation accurately with minimal errors or corrections.
