Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting security-related activities and working collaboratively with site personnel. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements. Report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
