Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and potential hazards observed during patrols to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be 21 years of age or older. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
