As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations using computer or tablet technology. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, supporting authorized entry for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel. Maintain awareness of food and beverage facility conditions, including truck traffic and restricted areas, and report hazards, policy violations, and unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
