Accounting Specialist

Axos Business Center, CorpAbout This JobProvides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting across accounting and finance jobs. Entry level support for a specific area from transactions created through management reporting including compliance with SOX regulations.Responsibilities:Support the validation of accurate entry of transactions into the accounting system through daily, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations and monitoringReview and process disbursements for employee travel and expense reports. Support the accounting management team and business units with the budgeting, cost management, reporting, and forecasting initiativesManage all month end accounting for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, unpaid invoice accruals, payroll, cost allocations, and account reconciliationsMaintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standardsCreate and update processes and procedures for journal entriesQualifications:1+ years experience in accounting roleAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
