Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Location: Lecanto, Florida Shifts Available FT - Day (7a-7p) & Night (7p-7a) Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Brentwood, a premier healthcare provider in Lecanto, Florida. Responsibilities Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Benefits Competitive pay: overtime pay with additional hours (if applicable) along with our PTO program.
