Job Description
The Reserves Network is partnering with a growing law firm in West Des Moines to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal . This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys detailed legal work, stays organized under tight deadlines, and communicates clearly with attorneys, colleagues, and clients.
Qualifications You Bring
- Experience working as a litigation paralegal
- A paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or completed formal education in the legal field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of legal processes and terminology

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future
