About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Operations to spearhead the development and execution of a robust operating strategy for its global B2B go-to-market organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating a high-performing, scalable revenue engine that can effectively support the company's growth across various customer segments. This pivotal role involves serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Business Officer and the executive leadership team, ensuring that the revenue operations and marketing operations are tightly aligned with the company's overall strategy. The VP will have enterprise-wide accountability for revenue planning, forecasting, and performance, and will be instrumental in shaping the company's approach to resource allocation, performance evaluation, and the adoption of new technologies such as AI. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, finance, or related functions within a scaled SaaS or product-led growth company. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-segment B2B organizations, deep expertise in various revenue operations functions, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. The ideal candidate will have a history of driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance business performance. Experience in leading organizations through significant growth and evolution, particularly in the context of different go-to-market motions, is essential. The VP will also be expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a world-class revenue operations team.
