As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile projects from preconstruction through closeout while mentoring project teams and strengthening relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects. This role serves as the primary client contact and provides leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project support staff while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Manage projects ranging from $10M–$60M in contract value Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cash flow projections, and forecasting Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and subcontractor performance Lead Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during budgeting and planning Monitor project financial performance, including cost reporting and profit projections Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven experience managing projects valued between $10 million and $60 million Experience with negotiated, CM at Risk, Design-Build, and/or Design-Assist delivery methods Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls #J-18808-Ljbffr Flowtec Construction
