Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in a multi-disciplinary team process to enhance and refine the overall treatment plan for each patient, ensuring that all aspects of care are interconnected and responsive to ongoing assessments.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing therapeutic interventions based on the clients' specific challenges, such as improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and relationship dynamics, along with regular follow-up evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic relationships, including specific goals and follow-up strategies that foster achievement and accountability.

• Monitor clients’ situations closely, providing continuous support and follow-up care to ensure that individuals are making strides toward their treatment objectives.

Your therapeutic practice will primarily involve working with individuals facing substance abuse issues and those dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current status as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state, with an active license that is not under suspension or probation.
