Leading strategic partnerships in corporate affairs and political communications, the full-time salaried Director of Client Services will manage client accounts, oversee integrated campaigns, and provide strategic advisory services while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring overall success and strategic management of accounts Lead high-stakes client communications and oversee campaign performance analysis to drive long-term growth Coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver integrated campaigns and improve internal processes for scalable growth Required qualifications 8-12 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in client management or services roles related to creator marketing or public affairs Experience advising senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and government officials Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and complex integrated campaigns Strong operational, organizational, and project management capabilities Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
