Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years of restaurant manager experience and 2+ years of General Manager experience
Ability to lead our store in all operations, both Front of House and Kitchen, financials, and mentoring a team
Possess a great leadership personality and can motivate a team
Treat all employees with dignity and respect

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Role model and enforce all brand standards
