Territory Manager

A Territory Manager of Operations is a regional leader responsible for ensuring organizational, operational, financial, and revenue goals are met within a designated region. The role includes P&L responsibility for all sites within the region and focuses on delivering year‑over‑year net revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and manage the regional operations budget. Monitor regional operations performance and forecast against budget. Review P&L performance for each site within the region. Support the creation of long‑term operations plans to drive operational excellence and achieve target profit margins. Lead patient, customer, and team‑member satisfaction initiatives. Balance regional resources to implement key initiatives and report performance to senior management. Manage team performance, analyze individual and team metrics, and provide coaching and mentoring. Collaborate with sales leaders on strategic account management, identifying opportunities to expand service solutions. Support business development through strategic account planning and fostering consultative relationships with hospital C‑level executives. Identify mobile‑to‑fixed conversion opportunities, new service line additions, and potential acquisition targets. Maintain regional regulatory compliance, monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations (OSPOD, OSHA, Joint Commission, NRC, DHS, ACR, etc.), and ensure quality and safety programs are met. Oversee the full human‑resources lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, performance management, talent development, and terminations. Partner with LAT operations for staff actions related to performance or business needs. Execute other special projects or duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare sales and/or operations management; experience in a healthcare service environment preferred. Strong accountability for operational efficiency with competency in financial reporting and analysis. Prior diagnostic imaging experience preferred, but not required. Job requires 60% local travel. COVID‑19 vaccination may be a condition of employment. Travel & Physical Requirements Exposure to strong magnetic fields and environmental hazards such as noise and travel is possible. In a standard office environment. More than 50% of the time: sit, stand, walk; repetitive movement of hands, arms, and legs; see, speak, and hear to communicate with patients. Less than 50% of the time: stoop, kneel, or crawl; climb and balance; carry and lift (including moving patients from a sitting or lying position for transfer or examination).
