Data AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights and help drive strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sourcesAnalyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insightsCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizationsWork with stakeholders to understand business requirementsPerform data validation and ensure data accuracySupport data-driven decision-making across teamsAutomate repetitive data processes where possibleRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of SQLProficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred)Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniquesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field1–4 years of experience in data analysis or similar rolePreferred SkillsExperience with large datasets and databasesKnowledge of ETL processesFamiliarity with business intelligence toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingSoft SkillsGood communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work collaborativelyTime management and multitaskingLocation[Specify location / Remote / Hybrid]SalaryAs per industry standards
