Assistant Project Manager-Tampa-Construction
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders. Support the Project Manager in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. Maintain strong communication with the team to facilitate effective collaboration.
A successful Assistant Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have: A relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach and a desire to contribute to the success of the construction team.
