- Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:30p for two weeks
- Schedule Options:
- 7:00a-3:30p
- 9:30a-8:00p (4-day work week) – can choose any weekday off
- 11:30a-8:00p
What You’ll Do:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services
- Assist callers with any questions regarding their mobile device
- Troubleshoot the device and the setup/provisioning of the device
- Often this includes coordinating our efforts with the service provider and a technician
- Field customer questions and complaints
- When the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
- Coordinate the efforts of service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers to maintain service expectations
- Act as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling" by service providers
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Perform data entry, administrative support, and clerical duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Six months or more of experience with customer service
- Must have basic computer and smartphone skills
- Experience working with wireless devices
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
