Executive Chef – Pleasant Hill, CA | $85K + Benefits
Join a growing California restaurant group as the Executive Chef for our Pleasant Hill location. We're looking for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about fresh, high-quality cuisine and creating an exceptional kitchen culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold top-tier food quality
- Develop seasonal menus using fresh, sustainable ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, food/labor costs, and health compliance
- Partner with FOH to elevate the guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Restaurant Chef/Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary knowledge and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passion for great food and guest satisfaction
