ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2009 and is a team of eight built on strong leadership, integrity, and long-term relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an HR Director, bringing a people-focused and structured approach to how we lead and support our team.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management and Finance from New Mexico State University and have been married for 24 years with three sons. I’m actively involved in my church and mission work in Kenya, where my wife has a school named after her. I’ve also served as Board President of the Samaritan Counseling Center.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Wray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
