ELS is hiring for the position of File Clerk in Lockport, New York. What you’ll do: The File Clerk will be responsible for creating & organizing property resident files. Your job will include: Organizing documents received from each resident Create files to adhere to corporate standards for ease in finding information Purge outdated files according to document retention program Update files with new documents for 2022 Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Experience & skills you’ll need: Strong organizational skills and attention to details. Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Hourly: $16.00 - $16.00 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
