• License/Certs: MN license required, Board Certification in PA or APP
• Experience: Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Provide care for patients across all ages, with 11-16 patients per day
• Support with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Use Epic EMR for care coordination and documentation
• Support inpatient collaboration as needed, with outpatient focus
• Educate and support patients through navigation and support services

What You Need:

• Minnesota license (MN is not part of NLC or APRN Compact)
• Board certification as PA or APP
• Experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient management skills
