Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.We are searching for an Administrator of Legal Affairs to join the office of CFDS General Counsel.Responsibilities:Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of all contracts related to Center business, which includes having an understanding of what is required, securing content changes and ensuring all proper review has occurred. Significant amount of contract review expected.Responsible for handling all legal correspondence from the office of CFDS General Counsel.Perform legal research as needed.Handles all Legal Project work as assignedMaintains CFDS Contract and legal files.Drafts various legal documents for the office of CFDS General Counsel.All other duties as assignedRequirements:Associates degree in field of Business or Legal StudiesAt least 5 year(s) of related experienceAt The Center for Disability Services, we don’t just accept difference – we celebrate it, support it, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees and the people we support.
