Business Development Manager

Endpoint Associates is looking for a relationship-driven business development professional to help us grow our client base across technology and professional staffing. What you’ll do Build new client relationships from the ground up Prospect, network and create opportunities with hiring leaders Develop accounts across technology and professional staffing Partner with our recruiting team to deliver on new business Own the client relationship from first conversation through ongoing partnership What we’re looking for Staffing, recruiting or professional services business development experience Comfort creating your own pipeline without inherited accounts Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-directed, competitive and accountable Someone who wants to help build a growing firm, not just work inside a large sales structure How we work We’re a small, experienced team based in Tampa Bay.
