Overview Part-time Family Law paralegal needed for a high-end mediation firm. Remote work is available for candidates who live in California and have CA family law experience. Base pay range is $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr. Base pay range $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr Responsibilities and role details A Bit About Us: Well respected family law mediation firm is looking for a part-time family law paralegal to help draft mediation agreements. Job Details: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Strong research and report writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements and qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. At least 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal. Licensed to practice law in the state. Why join us?
