Pay Structure: Hourly Position; $20-27 + tip allocation
About the Restaurant:
Join our exciting, new restaurant concept that is nestled in the warm and cozy town of Niwot, minutes from Longmont and Boulder. Our Northern Italian cuisine with an extensive wine cellar and steakhouse crossover will be an exceptional dining experience for every occasion that keeps our guests coming back!
About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Line Cook and Prep Cook positions for a new restaurant concept in Niwot, CO.
You will work side by side with passionate chefs, contributing your skill and creativity while fostering a culture of respect, team-building, and continuous learning. Our menu celebrates Northern Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pastas, wood-fired grilled steaks, and seasonal/ locally sourced produce—all thoughtfully prepared to highlight authentic flavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
- Maintain and uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Assist with daily prep, deliveries, and rotating inventories
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of kitchen experience. Fine dining experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Northern Italian cuisine
- Strong knife skills and understanding of classical cooking methods
- Ability to take initiative, multitask, and stay cool under pressure
- Flexibility to work day, nights, weekends
- Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning
