What You'll Do

As a Retail Specialist you'll bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need. You'll be a key part of creating an inviting store atmosphere and supporting the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.

You will:

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post's core values
• Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game
• Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items
• Support team inventory and other store operations
• Handle phone inquiries professionally
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)
• Soccer background player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
